1. Service
Recon provides software for searching agency datasets, reviewing contact records, exporting qualified lists, and related workflow features.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.
3. Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis unless canceled. Usage limits, plan details, and pricing may change over time. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the service to break the law, violate third-party rights, abuse contact data, disrupt the platform, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
5. Data and Outputs
You are responsible for how you use exported data and any outreach, syncing, or downstream workflows performed with that data. You must comply with applicable privacy, marketing, and platform rules.
6. Availability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific business outcomes, or error-free operation.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recon will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, business interruption, or lost data.
